Trying Herbalife Shake to lose weight

I heard somewhere – if you want to lose weight, work hard for it. But in my own disposition, don’t force yourself. Enjoy the journey. Love yourself first then lose weight as much as you can.

I’ve heard Herbalife before a few years ago but I got encourage to try it because my friends in Singapore is using it for some time and they actually got noticeably slimmer. I envy them that’s why I decided to try also Herbalife. If it is effective to my friends, then maybe it is also effective to me. =)

The first thing I did was to find where can I buy Herbalife here in Batangas City? I searched thru facebook, Instagram and google where can I conveniently get Herbalife. Yes, I found some individual distributors and so-called wellness coach near me but I have a little hesitation. I don’t want someone to pressuring me or try to be so involved in my plan. I just want to try Herbalife first and see if it will work for me.

Finally, I decided to buy thru Lazada. In this case, there’s no one who will monitor my progress or persist me to stick on my diet which I hate. Hahahaha… Even though I want to lose weight, I don’t want to deprive myself to enjoy food. I found Lazada seller which offers good deal with Herbalife – no delivery fee, discounted rate of Herbalife products and expected delivery date is 2-3 days only.

I bought: 2 box of Herbalife Shake - Vanilla & Dutch Choco (22 sachets / box). I ordered it last June 2-Friday morning and I received it by June 4- Sunday morning. Very fast right? =)

I ordered 2 different flavors so I can alternately take them and will not get tired of the taste. I learned that I need to replace my meal 2 times with the Herbalife Shake in order for me to lose weight. (I asked about it thru a customer online support in one of Herbalife popular websites and also I read it somewhere online)

After I get my package, I decided to buy a personal blender (like shake and go) with 2 free tumbler. I also bought Non-Fat Nestle Milk. (I will mix this with the Herbalife Shake as directed).

Here’s a pic of my Shake. It’s a mix of 250mL of Milk, some ice and 1 Herbalife Sachet. 




On the first day, I didn’t like the taste as what I expected it to be (I mixed only milk and the Herbalife – no ice). But it is tolerable to drink it all. And then the next shake, I decided to add some ice and remarkably it helps make the taste get better.

It is my third day today of having Herbalife as of writing. I only took 1 shake on my first day so my body will not be shocked with my new diet. Then I took 2 shakes (breakfast & dinner) from second day and hopefully until I finished all shakes I bought.

By the way, I replaced my meal with the shakes. But other than that, I eat pretty normal. I have merienda around 10am and 3pm. My lunch is rice with dessert (chocolates! I love chocolates!)


I will update you guys if I have significantly lose weight or not. #crossedfinger And if you also take herbalife shakes, feel free to let me know your results and reviews.
